Walking the Talk

  • Wanting a change in my physical environment, at the age of 19 I moved from my family’s home in a small town in Wisconsin to San Diego, California.
  • As an adult, one of my goals was to finish my undergraduate degree and another was to live in another country, so at the age of 34 I moved to my most favorite city in the world, Paris, with no knowledge of the French language and not knowing anyone to return to school to finally finish my degree.
  • After taking the time and doing the work to adapt to and eventually flourish in Paris, my visa expired so I started all over again in NYC.
  • After many years feeling unfulfilled working as an Executive Assistant, I finally clarified my life purpose and found the inspiration to stick with my desire of helping people by becoming a coach.
  • After many years of living a life of being fabulously single (and a bit of a commitment phobe), meeting somebody and choosing to work through my fears to be in a healthy loving relationship.

None of these life transitions were easy. In addition to feeling excited, I also felt scared, confused, unsure; but with inspiration, motivation, support, and accountability I now wake up to a life I love!

I am a professionally trained Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I currently live in Los Angeles, California where I coach clients by phone and in person.
